Joining a store

How vendors get an account and what to do with the invitation.

Vendors don't sign up on their own. The shop you sell at adds you first, then sends an invitation link by email.

Accepting the invitation

Open the link from the shop and set a password. That's your account. From then on you sign in at the normal sign-in page with the email the shop invited.

Selling at more than one shop

One account covers every shop you sell at. If a second shop invites the same email address, that store is added to your existing account rather than creating a new one — you'll see both under My Stores.

Pending invitations

A store shows as Pending until the shop's owner approves your account for that location. While it's pending you won't see sales figures for it. That's normal and it's on the shop's side, not yours.
